**Clearance Requirement:** Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance **Travel Requirements:** Limited travel; must be willing and able to support division travel to trade shows and customer sites, as needed. **Location:** Norfolk, VA **SUMMARY:** WR has an opportunity for a **Software Test Engineer** to support the design and testing of geospatial/geographic information systems (GIS) using advanced programming languages. **Position responsibilities** will include, but are not limited to the following: * Supports geospatial\-based software design and testing with an emphasis on: + Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) + Backend logic and databases * Conducts software testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning. * Supports the evaluation and validation of software functionality and performance. **Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:** * Bachelor of Science degree, conferred or currently in the final year of a program, in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related scientific discipline. * Three (3\)\+ years of Software Test Engineer experience. * Strong understanding of advanced programming...
