Description

The Houston\-based Regulatory Analyst owns the execution of Magnolia’s production regulatory compliance activities, including routine recurring filings, ad\-hoc time\-sensitive filings, regulatory issue resolution, compliance tracking, agency follow\-up, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position is responsible for managing regulatory filings from preparation through approval or closure, including deficiency response, agency follow\-up, and documentation of final resolution. Reporting to the Director, HSER, this role works closely with Production, Production Accounting, Engineering, Land, contractors, consultants, the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC), and other regulatory agencies as needed.
