Description

The **Manufacturing Manager** will provide oversight and direction of all manufacturing and production activities at the Orrvilon facility. This individual will be responsible for completion of production schedules and meeting all internal and external customer demands. Directly supervises the staff of Supervisors and indirectly all associates. **Location:** Orrville, OH (Onsite)**Shift:** Monday – Friday; 7am – 4:00pm – Saturdays as needed **Primary Responsibilities:*** Responsible for the safety, quality and on\-time delivery of products while monitoring budgeted hours. * Sets / Approves the production schedule from month\-to\-month to meet schedule/milestones. * Follow shop KPI’s, and work to create additional, to ensure we are working to be effective and efficient in shop operations. * Coordinate and communicate workflow / priorities between manufacturing organizations and vendors. * Manage all phases of production in the manufacturing facility.
