**SUMMARY**: The Shipping \& Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost\-effective movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This position manages inventory flow, transportation activities, warehouse personnel, and material handling processes while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, food safety requirements, regulatory guidelines, and customer expectations. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following: * Lead and manage shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure materials and products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. * Maintain appropriate staffing levels and departmental organization to support operational goals and ensure compliance with company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and food safety requirements. * Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse personnel. * Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, provide coaching, and administer corrective action when necessary. * Ensure employees are properly trained and authorized t...
