**Senior Project Manager \- Transportation Design** **Position Summary** Will manage, coordinate and execute the roadway/bridge design work assigned to the Houston, TX office. Responsible for project management, development and maintenance of schedules and budgets, establishing and maintaining owner and contractor relations. Will oversee business development, fee negotiations, contract review and strategic business planning for transportation projects. **Qualifications/Requirements** Capabilities should include knowledge of roadway, drainage and structures design, and familiarity with appropriate software used to perform preliminary and final design, and to prepare PS\&E documents for urban \& rural freeways, toll roads, FM \& SH roads, County roads and city streets. Should be familiar with TxDOT Roadway Design Manual and Hydraulic Design Manual, City of Houston design criteria, Harris County design criteria, and Harris County Flood Control District design criteria. * Must have 10\-15 years of design and design management experience on transportation projects including Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS\&E) * Must be a Texas License professional engineer, or eli...
