Atlantic Biologicals is looking for a hands\-on sales leader to coach and develop our newest sales representatives. We serve hospitals and health systems with UDose™ unit\-dose medications, and we need someone who can turn proven phone sales experience into results for our growing team. This role is for someone who gets in the trenches—making calls alongside reps, demonstrating effective outreach, helping them work through objections, and keeping them focused and accountable. We believe sales is a contact sport. Consistent outreach drives opportunity, and our expectation is that each rep reaches out to **100\+ potential customers per day**.
