**Temp – Registered Nurse (RN) – Observation (Nights).** **Job Responsibilities:*** Assess patients assigned to observation status and provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards. * Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, transfers, and responding to alarms and call lights. * Evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the healthcare team to update care plans. * Process and implement physician orders accurately and promptly. * Follow up on medication changes and clarify orders as needed. **Required Qualifications:*** Minimum 2 years of Observation Unit experience. * Active Michigan RN license. * Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
