This position will operate in a capacity similar to a Chief of Staff to the COO, serving as a trusted operational partner who helps translate organizational strategy into actionable workplans, coordinates initiatives across departments, removes barriers to execution, and ensures accountability for key deliverables. Unlike a traditional VP of Operations focused primarily on direct management of regional or field operations, this position will have a broad enterprise mandate.
