**In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:** * Lead and manage a regional Financial Reporting organization, providing strategic oversight of client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the jurisdiction. * Develop and execute business plans, contribute to functional strategy, and establish operating frameworks, priorities, and performance standards that drive organizational success. * Provide leadership and technical guidance on complex financial statement disclosures, accounting matters, and regulatory requirements, including the interpretation and application of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. * Serve as the senior escalation point for complex reporting, accounting, and client issues, driving timely resolution while maintaining strong risk and control discipline. * Oversee relationships with external auditors, clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all financial reporting and regulatory filings. * Establish reporting policies, governance standards, and quality controls to support the preparation and review of high\-quality financial statements and investor r...
