**Operations Manager Position Summary** The *Operations Manager* is responsible for the overall performance of the service and delivery teams by assuring a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding department financial and growth objectives in coordination with the business budget and strategy, and under the direction of the General Manager. Specifically, the *Operations Manager* oversees functions that include dispatching, billing, payroll and vehicle maintenance. The position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, positive interactions with other areas of the operation but especially the Field Service team, Delivery Dispatcher and Sales, while creating and maintaining a skilled, motivated and productive staff that meets demands put on the operation through consumer demand. ***Operations Manager*** **Primary Accountabilities.** * *Lead, Manage, Accountability.* This position demonstrates consistent leadership, primarily through their own behavior and consistency to the Company’s Core Values.
