**Position Goal / Function** Under the direction of the Manager of the Facilities Management Department, perform general repairs and property maintenance for all board occupied and all Homecroft, Inc. owned residences**.** **Essential Functions** * Perform needed preventive maintenance and repairs for plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and electrical system as directed. Notify manager when repairs need to be contracted. * Obtain quotes, secure necessary services, purchase supplies and equipment when directed and make prompt, cost\-effective decisions for maintaining homes. Process payments for services and materials. Maintain records of receipts and expenditures on each property. * Coordinate maintenance work with appropriate service providers when directed. Ensure work is performed to meet industry standards and housing regulations. * Provide expectations to contractors in regard to safety and respect of residents. * Develop and utilize a property maintenance and inspection system for meeting needs, record\-keeping, and preventive maintenance.
