The Director, Marketing Excellence \& Commercial Performance serves as the bridge between portfolio strategy and commercial execution. This leader is responsible for transforming strategic priorities into actionable plans that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, strengthen pricing discipline, and accelerate customer adoption across the portfolio while building creative capital portfolio attainment programs. Working across Marketing, Sales, HCS, Finance, and Business Unit leadership, the Director will lead commercial planning, account prioritization, pricing governance, field activation, promotion optimization, and performance analytics. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to turn insights into action, improve communication and tools that drive execution consistency, enhance commercial decision\-making, and deliver measurable business results.
