Position Summary The Distribution Supervisor supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient movement of aftermarket parts from receiving through shipping. This role provides direct leadership for warehouse personnel and drives safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate daily receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities. * Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members. * Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to meet operational and customer requirements. * Ensure accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. * Oversee order fulfillment to achieve high levels of on\-time delivery and order accuracy. * Track and improve key performance metrics, including productivity, inventory accuracy, throughput, overtime, and safety. * Promote compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and quality standards. * Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment utilizing SS and continuous improvement principles. * Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Transportation teams to re...
