**Chief Privacy Officer** Reports to: President and Chief Executive Officer Location: Remote; company headquartered in Farmington, Utah; periodic travel Employment: Full\-time **ROLE OVERVIEW** Sherpas Healthcare Solutions LLC helps healthcare organizations obtain, exchange, and manage medical records through retrieval operations and digital services. The Chief Privacy Officer will lead the company’s healthcare privacy program and strengthen trust in the way records are requested, accessed, retrieved, handled, and delivered. This leader will turn privacy requirements into practical controls for employees, clients, retrieval partners, and technology teams. The CPO will be a hands\-on executive who can investigate difficult privacy questions, improve release\-of\-information and identity\-verification workflows, advise product and operations leaders, and explain privacy practices clearly to clients. The CPO reports to the President and CEO and works closely with department heads and outside legal counsel.
