Onsite hybrid in Richardson Sr IT Delivery Consultant This position is responsible for driving program delivery execution for Medicare Supplemental Product transformation program. This position is responsible for assisting technology delivery lead leading end\-to\-end delivery of the program to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues, through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business analysis, business process solutioning, and logical design; optimizing delivery by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams (other portfolios and the Center); overseeing monitoring of key performance indicators, facilitating delivery status transparency to business stakeholders; overseeing tracking, managing, and reporting on program status against action items, milestones, critical path / dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation strategies.
