This role involves collaborating with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure the successful operation of participant home visits. **Essential Functions and Other Job Information:** * Develops study\-specific plans, training materials, and timelines for each assigned project. * Meets with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks and mitigation planning. * Evaluates healthcare professionals' (HCP) qualifications, licensure, and CVs to decide on project involvement. * Participate in ongoing training for recertifications and on new regulations. * Represents the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as per the business requirements. * Mentors, guides, and supports junior team members. * Participates in process improvement initiatives. * Ensures remote study activities conducted by HCPs comply with local regulations and laws. * May...
