We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel and precast construction projects throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. The ideal candidate has direct experience with a structural steel contractor, steel fabricator, or specialty erection company and can coordinate engineering, detailing, fabrication, transportation, and field installation. **Responsibilities** * Manage structural steel and precast construction projects from kickoff through execution and final closeout. * Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, fabrication timelines, workforce forecasts, and equipment requirements. * Coordinate superintendents, field crews, detailers, fabricators, subcontractors, suppliers, crane operators, and general contractors. * Review structural plans, shop drawings, erection drawings, specifications, and contracts to confirm project requirements. * Coordinate engineering, detailing, fabrication, material delivery, and field erection to maintain project schedules. * Track project costs, labor productivity, financial forecasts, billing, change orders, and profitability. * Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, payment applicatio...
