**About the client** Our client is a global leader in sustainable telecom network solutions, operating in the UK, Ireland, the USA and across Europe, Australia, South Africa and Brazil. They help extend the life of telecom networks through multi\-vendor parts sourcing, responsible decommissioning and network engineering, with a strong focus on the circular economy and reducing environmental impact. **Why this role matters** As a key member of the Infrastructure Program team, you'll lead delivery of a large\-scale infrastructure efficiency, consolidation and decommissioning program across a complex telecommunications estate. This is a high\-pressure, fast\-moving programme with tight deadlines and senior visibility, suited to someone who stays calm and decisive under pressure. You'll coordinate infrastructure consolidation, energy\-efficiency initiatives, DC power optimization, cooling efficiency, network shutdown and site exits. Your job is to bring multiple technical and operational workstreams together to deliver measurable energy, cost and infrastructure reductions with minimal operational disruption.
