This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery\-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below. ### **Core Responsibilities** * Own operating model, staffing, service standards, hours, inventory, vendors, financial controls, reporting, and continuity for the facility. * Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. * Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. * Prepare role\-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post\-award delivery evidence. ...
