Pipeline Decommissioning \& Flushing Project Manager **Location:** Remote / Hybrid **Office:** Houston, TX – Occasional office visits may be required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Decommissioning \& Flushing Project Manager to plan and manage offshore pipeline decommissioning, flushing, cleaning, and abandonment projects. This role requires a combination of technical planning, practical execution knowledge, problem\-solving, and client management. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing executable project plans and supporting those plans through successful field execution. A key challenge of this position is that many projects involve aging offshore infrastructure where historical drawings, P\&IDs, pipeline records, and operating documentation may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating with uncertainty—identifying assumptions and information gaps, determining what needs to be verified, developing contingencies, and adjusting plans as new information becomes available.
