**Make your mark for patients** We are looking for a Regional Sales Lead to join our Rheumatology team, based in the field for the Southeast territory. **About the role** The Regional Sales Lead (RSL) is responsible for delivering regional business results through the development, coaching, and leadership of first\-line sales leaders. While achieving sales and market share objectives remains critical, the primary measure of success is the ability to build a high\-performing leadership bench that consistently develops exceptional sales teams, advances talent, and creates a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
