What you will sell \- A ledger built for associations and the firms that manage them: every payment checked before it goes out, every approval tied to the payment it covers, every decision on record. \- Resale certificates and statutory disclosures generated directly from the association's own ledger, mapped to current law. \- Audit\-ready evidence for boards, CPAs, lenders, and buyers.
