**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**This position provides oversight of the Women’s programs in the absence of the program director. This position provides program support to the House Coordinators at the Mission as well as the medical clinic and work therapy sites who have client concerns. The Manager of Women’s programs works closely with the House Coordinators to assist in delivering vocational services, education and training opportunities, job readiness training and vocational assessments to each of their assigned clients. This position oversees the case consult meeting and individual case consults. This position also provides supervision of the RA program and is responsible for all the caseload of the assigned dorms and houses (Single Women, Women with Children and Sally’s house) In addition, there is the added responsibility of the After Care Program. Develop individualized strategies to improve their lives and support successful transition from homelessness to independent living.
