**Overview:** We are seeking a competent and driven Controller to lead our accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple legal entities. This role provides strategic financial leadership while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the Company’s financial information and accounting operations. The Controller leads and develops the accounting team, oversees the monthly and annual financial close processes, and ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), applicable tax requirements, and internal control standards. The Controller is also responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, variance analysis, and the development and monitoring of key financial and operational performance indicators.
