**What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Job summary** Serve as a business partner to the Plant Manager by providing accurate and timely financial information related to the production load plan, site expenses, cost savings initiatives, special analyses, headcount, and other key metrics. **Job responsibilities** * Assist Plant Finance Manager in preparing and monitoring the Finance / Accounting activities in the areas of: * Month\-end closing process – Financial review, variance analysis, balanced scorecard preparation. * Month\-end forecast process \- report preparation, operational / financial review and variance analysis. * Profit Plan process \- report preparation, operational / financial review and variance analysis. * Various financial and non\-financial operational performance control measures and analysis. * Support CAPEX initiatives for the Haina site and support in Fixed Asset control and maintenance of F.A. system plus CAR preparation / review support. * Evaluate cost reduction projects and assess their impact on the P\&L. * Assist in special projects in support of a Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) culture. * Other ongoing activity or special projects as necessar...
