**About the Role:** The CBRE Accounting Senior Director – Investor Portfolio Management, is a critical, senior leadership role focused on management of accounting relationships and delivery on the contractual obligations of the client. This includes leading everyday accounting excellence across the portfolio, focusing on quality, efficiency, integration, and cost, with direct oversight of accounting staff and indirect oversight and influence over process enablers on the Account. This visible leader will effectively balance between achieving the strategy, developing talent, financial accountability, and operational efficiency of the accounting platform. This senior leadership role will be client facing and coordinate significantly with operational decision makers within the office portfolio team and our executive team. They will lead the on\-going accounting strategy, client relationships, transformation adoption for the office portfolio, and profitability growth on the Account.
