**Nursing Home Administrator** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead the daily operations of our long\-term and skilled nursing facility at Haralson Nursing \& Rehabilitation Center, located in the heart of historic Bremen, Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Plan daily operations of the long\-term and skilled nursing facility * Comply with Residents' Rights and facility policies and procedures * Coordinate medical care for patients * Strive to improve efficiency in the delivery of healthcare services to patients * Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department directors, supervisors, consultants, and other assisting personnel * Train new hires on facility duties and procedures * Create and coordinate work schedules for employees * Review facility's policies and procedures periodically, at least annually, and make changes as necessary to assure continued compliance with current regulations * Assure that resi...
