The Project Manager provides value to our customers by planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets all while ensuring projects are completed on time. #### **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Manage project development from conception to completion. 2\. Understand all projects in\-depth, enabling yourself to order materials/equipment, develop billings, complete, and manage RFIs and change orders, as well as prepare/review submittals and closeout documents. 3\. Maintain a working knowledge of general conditions, work scope, and specifications of project contracts. 4\. Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues before they become problems. 5\. Create a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed. 6\. Ensure deadlines are met and work is accurate. 7\. Act as a liaison between customers and the appropriate internal customers to keep the process moving forward. 8\. Provide status reports to the Sales Manager. 9\.
