**Job Overview** The Project Manager owns the end\-to\-end delivery of assigned projects using disciplined planning, documentation, monitoring, control, and stakeholder management practices. The Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects on time, within approved scope and budget, and in alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations, operational readiness needs, and Citadel standards.
