Consumer Services Specialist \- Enhanced Service Coordination **The Organization** North Los Angeles County Regional Center “NLACRC” is a private, non\-profit agency that is contracted with the State of California, Department of Developmental Services, to provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
