**About the Role** Wandel Contractors, Inc., Wandel Equipment LLC \& WT Transport are seeking a highly skilled **Office Controller** to lead our financial and administrative operations. This is a comprehensive role that goes far beyond basic bookkeeping; you will be the "nerve center" of our financial health, managing complex multi\-entity accounting, union compliance, and high\-level tax and insurance reporting. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, meets strict regulatory deadlines without fail, and understands the nuances of construction and transportation accounting. **Key Responsibilities** **Financial \& Multi\-Entity Management** * **Daily Treasury:** Manage cash flow for all companies; reconcile Trimble Viewpoint to bank balances, execute transfers and manage BMO Positive Pay. * **Intercompany Accounting:** Verify intercompany balances, transfer expenses and ensure all transactions are uploaded to parent companies. * **Loan \& Asset Management:** Record loan payments, verify balances, and maintain an updated Fixed Asset Schedule for year\-end accounting.
