**Oak Grove Transport is an independent contractor to FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.** We are seeking a reliable and self\-motivated professional to manage the day\-to\-day operations and staff of Oak Grove Transport at the Terre Haute location. This position requires excellent leadership and decision making skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. This job is located in Terre Haute, IN. Pay is $60,000 to $65,000 base salary with possible bonuses of up to an additional $8,000\. **Qualifications:** * Previous management experience or previous FedEx experience preferred * Must be 21 years or older * Clean driving record with no accidents and no more than 1 minor violation in the last three years * Must pass drug screen and DOT physical * Must pass background check **Job Requirements:** *Driver Management:* Responsible for hiring, orientation, and driver retention. Must ensure an adequate number of staff is maintained to complete all assigned runs.
