Overview: **ABOUT THE POSITION** **VHB’s Land Development Co\-op \- Bedford, NH** is designed to introduce students into the workforce. The program will build essential professional skills by offering opportunities for hands\-on learning in a supportive yet challenging environment. The intern program is designed to round out participants’ academic learning with real world experience and help them explore related areas of practice to find the best fit for their career path. Co\-op terms generally run from January \- June 2027\. Land Development engineers require a variety of skills to develop ideas and creative solutions that help make challenging development projects a reality. We are there at every stage of a project; from preliminary research, site survey, conceptual/final design, and permitting, all the way through construction.
