This consultant will partner closely with business, operational, finance, and technology stakeholders to understand how work is performed today, document end\-to\-end processes, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, and develop a prioritized roadmap for improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong business process engineering and process mapping expertise with hands\-on experience assessing complex cross\-functional processes.
