**POSITION DESCRIPTION** **Position Title** Financial \& Accounting Analyst **Department** Finance (Department 200\) **Reports To** Director of Finance **Supervises** None **Employment Type** Full time, regular **Location** Concord, New Hampshire, with hybrid schedule **Position Summary** The Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire is a governmental Joint Powers Authority organized under New Hampshire RSA 53\-A and RSA 53\-E. The Coalition procures and administers electricity supply on behalf of member municipalities and counties, and reports as a governmental enterprise fund under Governmental Accounting Standards Board standards. The Financial and Accounting Analyst provides analytical, reconciliation, and reporting support to the Director of Finance across the Coalition's internal finance function. The position is non\-supervisory. Work prepared by the Analyst is reviewed and approved by the Director of Finance.
