**Where You Will Work:** 3 East is a 20\-bed Medical\-Surgical floor that provides comprehensive care for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, as well as post\-operative recovery needs. This unit is designed to deliver high\-quality, patient\-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This unit provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with diverse patient cases. Supportive leadership and ongoing education programs and the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team culture focused on quality outcomes and patient safety. Primary Patient Population: Adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, respiratory illnesses, and cardiovascular disorders. Post\-operative patients recovering from general, orthopedic, or abdominal surgeries. Patients requiring telemetry monitoring for cardiac observation and complex medication management.
