The Boldt Company is looking for a **General Manager, Equipment \& Fleet Operations** who can build a high\-performing, service\-driven operation that keeps our projects moving safely and efficiently. You will lead equipment sourcing, maintenance, rentals, yard operations, capital planning, and fleet strategy while partnering with project teams to determine the best buy, rent, or partner solutions. This opportunity is designed for an experienced equipment or fleet leader who understands both the operational and financial sides of the business. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of related experience, and five or more years of people management experience.
