**POSITION SUMMARY** The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, accountability, and continued development of the production side of the company. This position oversees **Commercial \& Residential Roofing, Metal, Siding, Gutters, Repairs, Shop Fabrication, and Scheduling**. The Director of Operations leads the people responsible for managing the work—establishing clear expectations, measuring performance, developing leaders, holding the team accountable, and building an operation capable of supporting continued company growth. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. LEAD THE PRODUCTION TEAM** * Provide leadership and direction across all production departments. * Lead and hold departments accountable. * Establish clear ownership, expectations, and communication. * Develop stronger leaders throughout the production organization. **2\.
