**Department** -------------- University Business Administrators \- College of Music **Responsibilities** -------------------- Responsible for performing professional fiscal activities at the College of Music (CoM), including travel, purchasing, and deposit accounting, with an emphasis on student\-facing financial functions, including student group travel and tours, student travel grants, scholarships, course\-enhancement initiatives, tuition waivers, and student finance communications. * Responsible for day\-to\-day origination of travel authorizations, cash advances, and expense reports for student travel, including individual, small group, and large group trips/tours. Provides recommendations to support the travel initiatives developed to enhance and enrich the CoM student experience. * Creates and maintains CoM\-specific travel training guides, travel resources, and post\-travel forms. Proactively communicates with International Travel, Safety, and Risk, and the University Clery Compliance Officer prior to CoM group travel. * Routes student travel waivers prior to departure for all college\-sanctioned student group travel.
