**Position: Guest Service Specialist** **Position Summary: Reports to the Store Manager** Island Vintage Coffee is seeking an energetic, attentive Guest Service Specialist who takes pride in exceptional hospitality and a clean, welcoming store. This is a hands\-on role with an active presence on the floor, engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, supporting the team, and promoting our retail products. **Schedule: Open availability, up to 40 hours or more per week, including holidays and weekends** **Responsibilities:** * **Warmly welcoming guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit** * Stay active on the floor, monitor the guest experience, and address needs before guests have to ask * Keep all areas of the floor, lanai, waiting area stations and retail displays immaculate, organized and guest\-ready * Proactively clear tables, wipe surfaces, and support cleanliness throughout the shift * Engage guests in conversation and recommend retail coffee, merchandise and other products * Learn our menu offerings to confidently answer questions, make recommendations and to drive sales * Train and work across guest\-facing stations * Follow food safety, sanit...
