Overview: The Human Resources Director – Horse Cave Campus is the senior HR leader for Marzetti's largest manufacturing campus, supporting two manufacturing facilities representing more than half of the Supply Chain organization. As a member of the Supply Chain HR Leadership Team and a key HR voice with the Supply Chain Leadership Team, this role influences people strategy and business decisions across the broader Supply Chain organization. As a strategic advisor to senior site and Supply Chain leaders, the HR Director brings a critical people perspective to business decisions and translates business priorities into talent, organization and workforce strategies that enable performance and growth.
