Our Company: All Ways Caring HomeCare Overview: The Multi\-Site Branch Manager oversees multiple locations, managing all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets including sales, fees, gross profit, and contribution. You will build and maintain relationships with key clients, business leaders, and management at local, regional, and corporate levels, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The Multi\-Site Branch Manager plays a critical role in achieving sustainable growth across their region. This position does require weekly travel between our branches in Melbourne, Lake Worth, and Fort Lauderdale. External Job Description: * Administration/Finance \- Managing Quality Management System initiatives; proactively identifying and assessing potential risks and costs associated with workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, extended payment terms, and bad debt.
