Description: **POSITION OVERVIEW:** The Regional Facility Manager (RFM) provides operational leadership for an assigned state or geographic territory, ensuring the successful delivery of facilities services. This highly customer\-facing role manages a fast\-paced, service call\-driven operation, overseeing the complete work order lifecycle—from dispatch through proposal development, execution, invoicing, and closeout—while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, service level expectations, and operational performance metrics. The RFM supports a 24/7 service delivery environment, coordinating routine, priority, and emergency service requests to ensure timely resolution and exceptional customer service. Serving as the primary liaison to the customer, the RFM develops strong customer relationships, manages regional subcontractor performance, maintains accurate work order data within the CMMS and operational tracking systems, and drives safe, high\-quality, and responsive service delivery.
