Tuff Shed is seeking a strategic, data\-driven Vice President of Marketing and Customer Growth to accelerate profitable revenue growth, strengthen brand performance, expand digital commerce, and progress the customer experience. This is an opportunity to shape the future of an established brand by connecting marketing, e\-commerce, customer experience, analytics, and technology under a comprehensive growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will lead marketing, e\-commerce, customer acquisition, CRM, communications, analytics, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise growth initiatives. As a member of the leadership team, the Vice President will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Customer Service to drive market share growth, increase customer acquisition and retention, and enhance overall business performance.
