**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and other secure facility construction projects. The successful candidate will support government execution of contracted complex, mission\-critical builds from preconstruction through accreditation and closeout, ensuring strict compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and related technical specifications while facilitating schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination. * Support oversight of SCIF, SAPF, and other ICD 705\-compliant secure facility projects from initiation through final accreditation and closeout. * Review and provide recommendations on project schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and quality control processes. * Coordinate design reviews, Construction Security Plans (CSPs), Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs), and accreditation documentation with government stakeholders, accrediting officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. * Verify compliance with ICD 705 / ICS 705 technical specifications, including physical security, acoustic, TEMPEST/RF, intrusion det...
