The **Controller** is responsible for providing Corporate and community management with timely and accurate financial management expertise, statements, reports, forecasts and analyses. Performing accounting services, establishing accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and generally accepted accounting principles. Reporting to the CEO, the **Controller** functions as a business partner accountable for company\-wide financial responsibilities including general accounting, payables, order entry, billing, cost accounting, resident billing, business analysis, financial reporting, and accounting team management.
