Unduit is a fast\-growing IT Asset Lifecycle Management (ITAD) company. Our Lisle facility receives, tests, repairs, data\-sanitizes, recycles and resells enterprise IT assets and mobile devices — and business is booming. New enterprise contracts mean more product, more value, and more compliance pressure coming through our doors, and we need an experienced operations leader to run the floor. **What you'll do** You'll own the entire physical operation — throughput, quality, safety, product security, chain of custody, and SOP discipline — while leading three Operations Managers who run daily shifts. This is a hands\-on, on\-the\-floor role. Our management team is talented but still growing. You'll coach them into stronger leaders: setting clear standards, building accountability, running recognition programs that keep the floor engaged, and raising the hiring bar.
