ABOUT THE ROLE As a GoHighLevel CRM Specialist at 321, you will build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel environments while helping clients turn their CRM into a dependable engine for lead generation, sales, and customer retention. This is a full\-time role that combines hands\-on GoHighLevel administration with strategic planning to improve marketing automation, pipeline management, and client communications. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, design workflows and funnels, establish CRM governance standards, and translate requirements into well\-built GoHighLevel systems. The ideal candidate has strong, hands\-on GoHighLevel experience, including sub\-account management, workflows, funnels, and integrations. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
