Our team is looking for a qualified, self\-motivated Project Manager experienced in Land Development. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of residential and/or commercial land development including conducting due diligence, evaluating site conditions, working with municipalities \& reviewing agencies, and overseeing public and private utility contractors, site contractors \& landscape contractors. The Land Development Project Manager supports the creation of the site development budget and required internal reporting and documentation for all land development projects.
