**About Rendyr** Rendyr is a Tampa company that prepares mediation packages for plaintiff personal injury attorneys handling auto cases. Attorneys send us their case files and we do the work. The first case is free, and attorneys who try us keep ordering. **The role** We're looking for a Tampa partner to introduce Rendyr to plaintiff PI firms. You open doors; we handle everything else: demos, production, delivery, and follow\-up. * Visit Tampa Bay PI firms and build relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers * Host lunch\-and\-learns for firm teams (we provide the presentation and materials) * Ask for one thing: a free first case on an upcoming auto mediation * Stay in touch with the attorneys you bring in so they keep ordering This is not cold\-calling or high\-pressure sales. The free first case does the persuading. **What you earn** * $200 for each new attorney who places a first paid order * 15% of everything that attorney orders for 24 months, then 5% as long as you keep working the account * 10% on new attorneys referred within firms you bring in * Paid monthly on revenue collected Earnings grow as your book of attorneys grows. **You're a fit if** * You've wo...
